Call me biased, but I truly believe your Wedding Album is the most important remembrance from your day. After being married for over 25 years, our rings and our Wedding album are what we treasure most from our wedding day. I cannot wait to get y'all in front of my camera. I gift all of my couples the Engagement Session for purely selfish reasons! In all seriousness, I want to work with you and get to know you before your wedding day. We have already met with each other either in person or via video conferencing but I really want to take portraits of you two! You are already aware of my belief in relationships and our relationship is no exception.
Have you ever felt uncomfortable when you don't know where to put your hands or where to look when having your portrait taken? We will eliminate that uncertainty by working together during your session.

You'll learn how something that sounds so awkward will look amazing on camera. I'll share some quirky ways that I have get you to laugh. Most importantly, I want you to feel confident in me, my ability to make you comfortable and to build our relationship with each other.
We will schedule your session as soon as possible if you are in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Don't worry if your wedding is in Disneyland, we will absolutely still have a Portrait session. I travel there frequently and we will work to coordinate your Portraits during one of my trips there. If that is not possible, we'll do them a day or two before the wedding or even a day afterward.
Once we have met and have answered each other's questions, I will put together a Wedding Proposal tailored to you and the Wedding Experience that you have chosen. The proposal will be online and will walk you through the process of reviewing and signing the contract as well as submitting payment for the retainer. This retainer ensures that the date is secure for your Wedding. Your date is not guaranteed until the signed contract and retainer are received.
THe next step...booking
A common question I receive is whether the number of hours we've requested for Photography coverage will be enough. We will have discussed your timeline in person and have a general discussion of your "Shot List." These are your "Must Have" photos on the Wedding day. I will ask you for a specific list in the weeks before to ensure your needs can be met. There is also enough time to add coverage if you feel like the timeline we agreed upon is not sufficient. No worries. We'll work it out together.
Timeline
I deliver an average of 50 digital files per each hour of coverage. Each package has a number of images that will be delivered depending on the one you choose. There are some couples that choose to forgo the digital images and only create an album and prints. However, the majority of couples want the digital files. One of the best parts of being a professional photographer is having access to a professional printer. Images printed by a professional lab are stunning! I will supply you with a price list and sizes available because you are not going to want to pass these up.
will we receive digital files or prints?
In many cases, the couples I have worked with are also working with a Wedding Planner. They are invaluable people that are amazing at their craft. If you are not working with a planner, that's absolutely o.k. too. If you haven't already done so, engage someone close to you that is not in the wedding party to help on the day of your wedding. This person will help with all sorts of things like ensuring the getting ready rooms stays neat and clean for photos, gather the rings for me to photograph with the invitation suite and collect family members for their photos, just to name a few. I will have a second photographer but they will be with me photographing your Bridal Party and family groupings.
